a quality you would desire. It starts with the farm
manager on site seven days a week, a 24 hour
monitoring system, and the owner living on site. The
difference is we are making our home your home...

Our facility does not only cater to your horse but
to you as well. The Haven also contains a dishwasher, refrigerator,
freezer, washer, dryer, and wash sinks that are all
commercial grade.

The facility has
a total of eight stalls: six very roomy
12x14 stalls and two oversized 14x14 stalls.
Each stall contains an automatic controlled
fly sprayer, ceiling fan, heated waterer,
feed dish, and a camera which you can view
through our website using a security code.
Two fully automated wash bays with soap
dispensers and extra long hoses for easy
washing are located conveniently near the
stalls. Each wash bay is equipped with and
LCD TV which can be set to your favorite
station via satellite service.
The facility does not only cater to your
horse but to you as well. The feed
and tack rooms contain a dishwasher,
refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer,
and wash sinks that are all commercial
grade.

Horse Haven Farm's clients also have access to the secure storage room
for their horse equipment. Your horse receives the
best nutrition since feed is stored in a climate
controlled storage area, and fresh hay
is delivered every
two to three weeks. The staff can also give
you access to a customized feed program through
Hallway Feeds
or Quality Feeds.
A geo-thermal system heats and air-conditions the
entire barn maintaining a winter temperature of 65
degrees, a summer temperature of 70 degrees, and a
relative humidity of 40-55 percent. All systems run
on back up Generac
Generator in case of power loss.

Horse Haven Farm proudly offers a 50'
round pen and an
Odyssey Horse Walker.
This piece of equipment
offers your horse the best in exercise.
The training area consists of a 6 inch base
of glass ice sand followed by 4 inches of
imported brown river sifted sand to support
a wide range of horse's needs. The walker has been modified so that your
child can also take a ride while the horse
exercises. The children

Horse Haven Farm also offers several large pens, paddocks
and pastures for your horse to enjoy a little
bit of freedom. With careful planning, the
farm uniquely divided its area to maximize both
freedom and safety, to allow careful monitoring, and
to separate based on
special needs.
Your kids have their very own play area to entertain themselves for hours. The play area
consists of one tube slide, a straight slide,
one tire swing, one baby swing, one regular
swing, one glider swing, a miniature rock
wall, a planked ramp with rope rails, and a club
house on the ground floor.
