General Information
About Saint Bernards
The Saint Bernard is
known for its loyalty and vigilance and is tolerant
of both children and animals. Because of these
traits, it has become a family dog. With their
massive size, convincing bark, and deep stare, they make good watchdogs.
While being intimidating to strangers, their temperament
is gentle.
Saint Bernards
require a large, fenced yard to exercise. These dogs need an ample amount of
grooming especially the longhaired variety.
Brushing one to two times a week will generally
suffice.
