Stephen
Corbin - Owner
Stephen has
a life time of experience in the horse
industry. While Stephen enjoys
the recreational side of the horse
business, his primary
focus at Horse Haven Farm is dealing
with the business aspect of the farm. Stemming
from years of experience in farm and
horse management, Stephen and his wife
Joy make the perfect team for this
venture.

Joy
Corbin - Owner / Lead Trainer
Joy, the
lead trainer at Horse Haven Farm, is well
versed in a wide spectrum of training
techniques and educated in horse care. Her
passion for horses has helped pave the
way for the development of Horse Haven
Farm, and her experience in handling has made her
ability to connect with horses a great
asset in training.

Morgen
Whitney - Farm Manager/Trainer
Morgen is the farm manager for Horse Haven
Farm. Her day to day responsibilities
include monitoring the overall well-being of
the horses, meeting their needs, and
scheduling for the farm. She is also a skilled
trainer for the farm.

Victoria
Trout - Trainer
Victoria is currently a senior at the
University of Kentucky in The Gatton
School of Business and Economics. She
has over
14 years of experience in the sport
horse industry with an emphasis in
hunter/jumpers, dressage and eventing.
Victoria's experience includes training horses,
instructing, competing and managing farm
activities. She was a high point rider for the
University of Kentucky dressage team
in the 2004/2005 competition season.
Currently, she works as a student with Reese Koffler-Stanfield,
the only USDF 4th level certified
instructor in the region.

Michael
Mueller - Attending Veterinarian
Assistant Michael has been a part
of Grimes Mill Farm for over 5 years
and has worked for Moonstone Consignment
for a little under one year. He has worked
at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital for
almost three years and was a veterinary
assistant to Dr. Tom Duaghtery for a
year. For the last two years he has had the pleasure
of working under the top surgeons in the
nation at Rood and Riddle Equine
Hospital as a surgery technician.

Molly Metz - Attending Veterinarian
Molly received
her
Bachelor of Science in Animal Bioscience
from Penn State. She attended Michigan
State University School of Veterinary
Medicine where she received a Doctor of
Veterinary Medicine in 1995.
Her experience consists of primary and preventive health care,
medical care and treatment,
post-surgical care, general
reproduction, endoscopy, radiography,
lameness evaluations, pre-purchase
exams, and 24 hour emergency coverage.

Keith
Spears - Equine Massage Therapists
Keith Spears, an Equine Sports Massage Therapist,
was
certified in 1997 through Equissage,
Inc. He graduated from
Hocking College with a degree in
horsemanship.
